Scarce promotional pamphlet for irrigated lands north of Springer, New Mexico, in Colfax County, courtesy of the Maxwell Land Grant Company. The "Springer Ditch System" drew its water from the Cimarron River, and irrigated the southern portion of the Maxwell grant, which in total consisted of nearly 1.75 million acres in northeastern New Mexico. Illustrated with a double-page map of the grant.
