Niisato Kan’ichi was a Japanese Christian pastor active in Los Angeles during the 1920s and 1930s. He was blind and partially deaf, yet despite these disabilities he devoted himself to missionary work among Japanese-American communities. This three-volume series presents a wide range of immigrant experiences and personal stories following migration to the United States. The volumes are titled, The Second Generation; Family Tragedies; and Harbingers. Scarce. No library appears to hold a complete set.
