In this early Salvadoran broadside decree, the government nullifies the appointment of Atanacio Urrutia to the Supreme Court and elevates Jose Felix Quiros in his stead. Printing seems to have arrived in El Salvador during the mid-1820s, placing the present work within the first decade of the art there. Evidently rare -- we locate no other copies.
