A rare work arguing against railroad consolidation in Cuba, and a victim of the New York Public Library's microfilming project. The subtitle reads, "Exposicion que dirige al Congreso la Asociacion de Hacendados y Colonos." We locate only the microfilm copy at NYPL in OCLC, no physical copies.
