Scarce, second publication of early Jalisco state laws. The present work covers the period from January 1825 to September 1826; the previous volume, published separately the same year, contains the laws from 1823 and 1824. This volume contains laws on the judicial and financial operation of the state, regulations regarding the church and indigenous populations, and many other subjects during a formative period of Mexican independence.
