A lengthy refutation of claims made during a dispute over mining revenues in Zacatecas during the early 1870s. Remigio Zamora had published his and other shareholder complaints in a local newspaper, El Deber Patrio, and here the owners of the Refugio mine strike back. The argument naturally seems to center on whether shareholders were being correctly remunerated according to by-laws of the company. In attractive, printed pink wrappers; OCLC locates two copies, at Yale and Texas.
