Written in a highly legible hand, the book contains a wide variety of recipes in no particular arrangement, including Tarta de Garbanza, Salsa Americana, Chorizo de Extremadura, Brazzo de Gitano, Sopa de Macarrones Rellenos, Marquesitas, Albondigon Español, and Sopa de Esparragos a la Crema, among others. A lovely example of the genre.
