Other recipes include "Tortilla Esponjada / Puffy Omelet," "Spaghetti Casserole," "Carlota de Manzana / Apple Charlotte," "Torta de Piña Volteada / Pineapple Up-side-down Cake," and many others. The Spanish recipes use metric measurements, while the English use imperial. Includes an extensive index at the end -- one in Spanish and another in English.
