Lovely little map of Iowa, here in promotional covers advertising the Capital Insurance Company of Des Moines. An ominous ad on the inside of the front cover warns, "No locality in Iowa is exempt from Wind-storms and Tornadoes and some parts of the state are peculiarly subject to such storms. Protect yourself by Insuring in the Capital Insurance Co., of Des Moines." The map shows each county in the state highlighted in color, with roadways connecting the towns throughout the state.
