Small group of documents pertaining to the little-known Quartzburg Mining Company. Most of these describe the assets of the company and also include completed and blanks forms relating to an application for a development loan, which the venture hoped to secure in order to build a mill and to increase production. Several other legal forms and documents are also present. The company was headquarted in Richmond, on the San Francisco Bay, and their claims were in Mariposa County, though very little information or activity associated with their venture can be located.
