Baton Rouge: J.M. Taylor, 1861. pp. on a single folded sheet. Moderate staining, some chipping along fold line repaired with tissue, gutter reinforced with tape. Good. Item #3428
A very rare Confederate imprint issued by the government of Louisiana in an attempt to reduce the cost of public printing by avoiding duplication. The resolution would also pay the "Public Printer" according to the quantity of work printed and regulate his wages by law. Parrish & Willingham record just two copies, at LSU and Georgia.
