Two scarce works on the significance of protecting the silver mining industry in Mexico, and its importance to the prosperity of an independent country in the near future. The second work, clearly a response to a printed criticism, futher comments upon and elucidates the first work. OCLC locates two copies of each in U.S. institutions; the first at Berkeley and the University of Texas, and the second at Berkeley and the Huntington.
