Scarce, accordion-style pamphlet promoting the early 20th-century attractions of Oroville, California. This folding promotional contains a four-page text concerning the agricultural and industrial resources of the Central Valley town, as well as seventeen photographic views of various business endeavors, including mines, gold dredgers, citrus farming, dairy farming and more. Other images show buildings and street views of the town itself. An unusual promotional, produced for distribution for a local real estate and insurance agent, E. Tucker & Son, whose advertisement appears on the rear wrapper. We locate only one copy, at Cal State Chico.
