Also recipes from noted local cooks, Mrs. Harmon, Mrs. Jacobs, Miss Walwey, Mrs. Sallie Ward Williams, and the recipes of the Broadway Methodist Ladies for Chicken Pie Crust.” Includes recipes for bread and griddle cakes, ices, macaroni and spaghetti, pastry, pickles, soups and stews, etc., each accompanied by the name of the contributor.
