A handsomely produced cook book from the Methodist Episcopal Church in Wayne, Nebraska, a small town about a hundred miles north of Lincoln. The work is divided into sections with a section title for each: Beverages, Soups, Meats, etc., with particular categories for "Macaroni and Spaghetti," "Griddle Cakes," and "Waffles, Fritters, and Doughnuts." Most recipes are attributed to their contributor. The work is interspersed with ads for local businesses in Wayne; the two full-color ads are for baking products. We locate five copies in OCLC -- the Huntington, University of Denver, Library of Congress, SMU, and Harvard.
